Who qualifies for the discount?
You can refer anyone who has not previously made a purchase with us and is a new customer. They must use your referral link during their first checkout to qualify.
When will I receive my reward?
As soon as your friend completes their first purchase using your referral link, your EquiPoints will be automatically added to your account.
Please note, it takes up to 30 days for the EquiPoints to enter your account. If they don’t show after this period, please contact customer services with your order details, and we’ll be happy to help.
Can I refer more than one friend?
Absolutely! You can refer as many friends as you like, and you’ll receive 100 EquiPoints each time someone makes a purchase using your referral. It’s unlimited!
Can I combine multiple referral discounts?
No, referral discounts cannot be stacked. Your friend can only use one 5% referral discount per order.
Is the referral discount transferable?
Referral discounts are non-transferable and are linked to the account that referred the friend. You cannot give your earned discounts to someone else.
Do the EquiPoints expire?
Yes, the 100 EquiPoints will expire a year after it’s issued. Be sure to use it before the expiration date, which can be found in your account dashboard.
What if my friend forgets to use my link or code?
Unfortunately, we cannot apply the referral reward retroactively. Ensure your friends use your referral link during checkout on their first purchase to receive the discount.
What happens if my friend cancels or returns their order?
If your friend cancels or returns their first order, your referral reward will be voided, since the purchase did not go through.
Is there a minimum order amount required for the 5% discount to be applied?
Yes, the 5% discount is valid on purchases over £25, excluding shipping and taxes.
