What is the EquiPoints Reward Program?

EquiPoints allows you to earn points every time you make a purchase. These points can then be redeemed for discounts on future purchases.

How do I join the EquiPoints Reward Program?

Simply create an account with us and you’ll be automatically enrolled in the program.

Do I earn points on sale or discounted items?

Yes, you can still earn points on sale items unless otherwise specified.

How can I check my points balance?

Log in to your account and visit the “My Rewards” section to view your current points balance.

Please note, it takes up to 30 days for the EquiPoints to enter your account. If they don’t show after this period, please contact customer services with your order details, and we’ll be happy to help.

How do I redeem my points?

Points are earned automatically with each purchase, but to redeem them, you must choose a gift card with the equivalent amount. To do so, select “How to spend points” and choose from a £5/10/25/50 EQUIDRY Gift Card or a Hi Vis Vest. At checkout, you’ll be given the option to apply the gift card code toward your total.

Please note, it takes up to 30 days for the EquiPoints to enter your account.

How much are points worth?

100 points = £5 off

200 points = £10 off

300 points = Free Hi Vis Vest

500 points = £25 off

1000 points = £50 off

Do my points expire?

Yes, points expire after 12 months of inactivity. Be sure to check your account for specific expiration details.

Can I combine rewards points with other discounts or promo codes?

In most cases, yes, but some exclusions may apply during certain promotions or sales.

Can I earn points on gift card purchases?

No, points are not earned when buying gift cards. However, when a gift card is used for a purchase, the person redeeming it will earn points.

What happens to my points if I return an item?

If you return an item, the points earned from that purchase will be deducted from your account.

Is there a limit to how many points I can earn?

There’s no limit to how many points you can earn, but promotions may cap the bonus points per transaction.

Can I transfer my points to someone else?

No, points are non-transferable and are only valid for use on the account in which they were earned.
