Unfortunately we are unable to make amendments to orders once they have been processed.
Please be aware that during busy periods delivery times may take a little longer. All of the services we use are fully tracked. You will receive an email / text from the courier when your order has been dispatched and you will receive notifications with updates on the status of your delivery.
UK Priority Delivery - £8.99
Priority delivery takes 1 to 3 days after dispatch. Currently all of our orders are sent tracked by DPD. We aim to dispatch priority orders within 3 working days. Please note that, although we use the best couriers, delivery times cannot be 100% guaranteed due to weather disruption and occasional problems with drivers on a local depot level.
Free DPD Deliver to Shop (England only) on all orders
DPD deliver to local shop allows you to get any parcel, whatever the value, delivered to your nearest shop at no charge. Fill in your delivery address at checkout to find your nearest applicable store.
Free Standard UK Mainland (England, Scotland, Wales) Delivery on orders over £129
We aim to dispatch orders within 3 working days but during busy periods like Christmas for example this could be extended to up to 5 days. Our standard delivery is 3 to 5 days after dispatch.
International Delivery
Unfortunately, we currently only offer a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) delivery service for all international orders - this means the buyer is responsible for all taxes, customs and related tariffs. Please be aware, purchasing from the United States will incur a new substantial tariff rate, which the buyer is responsible for.
Returns policy
We have a strict 30 day returns policy. Your item must reach us within 30 days of your original purchase, if 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Free Gifts
Any free gifts sent out during promotions must also be returned if a full refund is requested. If the free gift is not returned the customer will be charged the full price of the free gift received, plus an administration fee of 10% of the EQUIDRY unit price. *At no point will EQUIDRY cover any postage fees*
